Fulton County H.O.P.E., Inc. strives to be the driving force in providing awareness and education to the residents of Fulton County regarding resources as well as provide pathways to accessing those resources. We provide awareness and education by highlighting resources available using multiple channels of communication. We provide pathways to unfilled community resource needs by acting as a collaborative idea incubator that brings solutions into reality.
